Refund policy

1. Overview

At VYVHR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an order does not meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange it — all at no extra cost.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Requests can be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. If the issue is from the customer's end, personalized, custom, or final sale products are exempt from this policy.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us via our return/exchange page at the footer menu or by email within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number, product details, and reason for the return or exchange.

4. Returns Process

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all the original tags and materials sent with the product. Return shipping is covered by VYVHR. Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges Process

Eligible items can be exchanged for another, color, or variant. Exchanges are processed at no additional cost. If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued as store credit.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Provide photos to help us address the issue quickly. We will arrange a replacement.

7. Refunds

We offer refunds to the original payment method. Our policy is valid for 5 days from the date of delivery  If more than 5 days have passed, we are unable to provide refund or process an exchange.
